ABOUT ME

Growing up, I didn’t have a culture that encouraged talking about feelings or seeking support, and mental health often carried a stigma. Experiencing significant loss at a young age, I had nowhere to process my grief or express my emotions, which left me feeling numb and unsure how to cope. It was only through my studies in counselling that I discovered how transformative it can be to connect with and work through your emotions. That experience of relief and self-understanding inspired me to help others find the same sense of comfort and clarity.

I aim to provide a space where people can come simply because they deserve support—not because they “have to.” Therapy, for me, is not just a treatment—it’s an opportunity to explore your feelings, reconnect with your inner strength, and nurture personal growth in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

During my placement at Barnet Bereavement, I supported people navigating grief and loss, helping them process complex emotions in a compassionate and understanding setting. This experience reinforced my belief in the power of being truly heard and seen. I am committed to ongoing professional development so I can continue offering care that fosters resilience, self-discovery, and lasting well-being.

Whether you’re dealing with specific issues or simply seeking greater clarity, counselling offers you a space to understand yourself better.

If you’re considering counselling, let’s start with a complimentary 15 minute consultation. This initial meeting will allow us to discuss your needs, explore how I can best support you, and arrange a convenient time for our first session.
