I describe myself as a person-centred counsellor and supervisor. When working with you as a client, I focus upon what you are saying. At all times, I try to convey my respect, empathy and genuine feelings in my work.

My career has centred on helping others, earlier as a personnel manager, subsequently as a management trainer and facilitator, a career coach and a counsellor.

I hold a Diploma in Person-centred Counselling and am accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. In addition, I supervise other counsellors' therapeutic work and have a Certificate in Supervision. As well as being a counsellor, I also work as a career coach. I have a broad range of experience working with people from the private, public and voluntary sectors
